With Process Electronics Corporation’s 34 Point Preventative Maintenance Program, your facility gains productivity, lowers repair costs, and enables you to schedule off-line repair work when it is convenient.
PEC’s 34-point, semiannual preventative maintenance program is a combination of inspection, testing and cleaning. It is ideal for supporting extended warranties or as part of an on-going maintenance program.
Switchgear and circuitry are examined and measured against factory specifications for performance. Wiring harnesses and connectors are inspected for corrosion and fatigue. The cabinetry and base are cleaned, door gaskets replaced (if required) and the coolant changed as part of the cost of the program.
And if problems are found, PEC can provide the service to make corrections before unscheduled downtime occurs. PEC has the inventory of parts to keep you on line. PEC service also includes equipment certification as part of ISO 9001 and ISO 9002 requirements.
